Day 4 : 22 DAY CHALLENGE

I started the 22-day challenge, complements of Dr Rex Harawa, munthu mulala chomene. A person I respect and admire.
Today I nominate Kondani Chinangwa. KC and me became instant hits the very first day we met. That was at a Trainer of Trainers Workshop at MIM when I was still an undergraduate law student. The eloquent Mr Chimdimu and Mrs Emma Kaliya were the facilitators. There was a debate in the course which the moderator suspended at the end of the day. I thought I had heard the last of it until KC, in his usual articulate, collected and well written presentations, read out the solution to what he termed legal quagmire! I must admit that was the first time I even knew such a word exist. So you can imagine my admiration for this dashing judicial officer. And he always dresses impeccably too. We were so good together that we became a team training others. We had fun and we bonded. We delivered presentations like twins. He knew what I had to say next and when I got stuck. We have been brothers ever since. Here is to you KC, my brother. Thank you for taking me to the heavenly Kara O'Mula and showing me the beautiful Mulanje mountain forest at Mimosa. Ndine waphuma inde koma sindingagagade wa Adamu mpaka ku Mulanje. Ndithyoka.
The rules are simple:
Once you are nominated, your 22 days start.
Every day you record yourself doing 22 pushups. Try your best to reach 22. If it means doing assisted push ups on your knees,or stop to take a break, that's cool, but make sure to get them all done in one video, all 22 push ups.
Every day you must nominate a different person. Try to choose people you think will want to do this. We got this!
If you by chance have already been nominated; then be a Good Samaritan and extend the nomination. So pass it on.
